Operations Executive
Responsible for interacting with Vendors and maintaining good business relations. The Skills required for the following roles are good communication, negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, tech savvy, one who is well versed with MS Office and possess problem-solving mindset.

- Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
- Handling Invoice Processing
- Taking care of payments and settlements
- Vendor Onboarding
- Handling Real time issues
- Responsible for all the back-end activities to carry out entire operations smoothly.
- Assisting Sr. Executives and other team members
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Interacting with Vendors over calls and chat on daily basis
- Taking decisions on the fly for tricky situations
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to details
- Good Typing speed and accuracy
- Projects a positive and professional image
- Effectively manages time and priorities
